Bug 1164016 has regressed

Bug 1164016 was marked as "fix released" because it was indeed fixed, but several users have reported it's back.

As I cannot change the status back, I'm filing a new bug.

I'm stuck with 16.04 and refraining from upgrading because of that very bug.
