Desktop will freeze when file is moved into open folder

Bug Description

When trying to move a file from the Desktop to an open folder, the action will fail and cause the copy (drag)function to become inoperative.

WORK-AROUND:
 Logout Login. Then move file into any desktop folder directly, than transfer file to destination folder.
