gnome 3.8 keyboard layouts switch hangs up

Hello.

We encounter a strange bug with the keyboard layouts switch.
At the random time from a system start the keyboard layouts switch is hangs up.
The indicator don't work, but if we choose with mouse a language, it's selected
(but the indicator stays the same). We use alt+shift combination as 'Switch to next input source'.
If we hold alt+shift for 2 seconds (when switching is hang up), we see a small black bar in the
screen center with our 2 layouts, where we can select needed layout by a mouse.

If we logoff, then keyboard layouts switch works well(!). But as soon as we login again, we got
not workable keyboard layouts switch.
