Can't open SMS from my operator

Bug Description
When I receive a SMS from my mobile operator, that has SMS sender number the text "Orange", the messaging app does show the preview but then it doesn't show me the full message.
In the attached screenshot you can see how I see the SMS existence from the homepage of the app and then opening the conversation I can't see any message.
