Is the problem you're reporting that the game did not expand to fill the full screen? Did it work properly and then stop working at some point, or has it always behaved like this? Did you try it on any other types of computers?

Are you certain this is a mesa bug as opposed to just something the game is doing wrongly? Can you identify other games that also have this problem? If it is just this one game, please provide a link to where to get the game.

Please elaborate on any other details that would help in understanding this problem.

it's not a bug in the game.

With the same resolution, some computers have a correct behavior.

In some games, for example Smokin Guns for linux, and other games through wine, for example Fifa 99, it appears two black borders (on the left and right side)

This only happens in Ubuntu. In Windows XP and Windows Vista that never happened.
