Missing gl.h header file

Bug Description

Binary package hint: mesa-common-dev

/usr/include/GL/gl.h is missing. I believe it's supposed to be installed by mesa-common-dev. Among other things, note that gl.h is referenced by glx.h.

If you require the 'gl.h' header and libraries, then:

  sudo apt-get install libgl-dev

the same applies for 'libglu-dev' and 'libglut-dev'.
