Bug Description
The Mesa project has received several bug reports where LTO has caused strange bugs.

When building the upcoming Mesa 22.3 in the same way as Ubuntu & Debian does in my PPA I ran into this issue.
So this is a heads-up that it might be best to disable LTO after all.
