Bug Description

Please, consider backporting an important fix for "memory leak on descriptor pool reset with layout_size=0" into Ubuntu 21.04 Mesa. Without this fix, Metro Exodus and possibly other games cause system to hang or crash after playing for some time.

Here is a MR with the fix: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/10317

It is already staged to be backported into current stable Mesa releases and so it should be fine to apply it as a downstream patch for Mesa 21.0.1 in Ubuntu Hirsute.

The fix will also (most likely) be included in Mesa 21.0.4 after it is released in a week or two.
