Summarize the bug status:

1. The issue is reproduced on focal/hirsute.
2. The latest mesa library from ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers, can lower the reproduce rate on focal/hirsute, it is 100/100 reproducible originally.

Conclusion:
We don't have identified solution at this moment.
