[i915_bpo] Move KBL pci-id 5917 to correct group

Bug Description
KBL 5917 is in the wrong group, needs to be GT2 but it's currently marked as GT1 which causes some issues when trying to output using a dGPU as render slave. There might be some other hidden issues but this is all we've seen so far.
