Bug Description

The only way I could get this bug report filed was to run in 2D. The 3D screen is corrupt. Also could not run in Live OS off DVD or USB. Could not install from either DVD or USB. Had to do an install of 12.04 then do an upgrade to 12.10. For more information please see this thread on the forum @ http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2039669&page=1. Please read all the post I made under user name irv. I will not add any screen shot yet but will try to include them in the comments. You can see them on the forum also.
There was another bug report filed but it was from 12.04 and the problem was in 12.10. You can either delete that bug report or mark it as a duplacate of this one.

Tried the Alpha 2 on the USB with same results. Tried the DVD with Alpha 3 same results.
Now the only way I could get Ubuntu installed was to first install 12.04 on spare HD do the updates and then install 12.10. I was able to get it to boot in 2D so I could run the bug report. I have never had to jump throw this many hoops before to get an OS to install.

It is Sept 1st, and I thought I would give the daily build another try. Downloaded, made a boot USB and booted into the Live OS. Here is another screen shot. Same thing yet.

Yes, I tried again on 9/23/2012 with the daily built. No change since the 9/1/2012. Graphics are still corrupt even on the live OS. We are getting closer to the final release I hop this problem will be fixed or this will be the first release I won't be able to use. I will have to stay with 12.04.
I was wondering if any one knows what was changed in 12.10 to bring on this problem?
