AMD radeon pro WX7100 graphic card have bad performance and display output is blurred on Ubuntu 17.10

The test process:

1)Put "AMD radeon pro WX7100 graphics card" on our X86 server and ARM server ;

2)Installed Ubuntu 17.10 server OS on both X86 server and ARM server with same steps.

3)Installed x-windows packages by:
  apt-get install xserver-xorg xinit xfce4 mesa-utils glmark2

4)Run startx to start x sever, the display (output)on ARM server show a little blurred but it is normal for x86. The screen shot is in image002.jpg attachment.

5)Run glxinfo, both server output the glxinfo well.

6)Run glxgears, in X86 server, the gears runs fast and we get about 9000 fps, but in arm server we get segmentation fault. The screen shot of backtrace stack is in image004.jpg attachment.

7)Run glmark2 , both server runs well. On X86 server , we get about 10000 scores, but on ARM server, we get about only 4300 scores.

What expected or issues reported here are:
1)Get same or close performance for ARM platform as X86.
2)Output is blurred on ARM sever
3)Fix glxgears segmentation fault

One of affected packages should be "mesa-utils". But I don't know how to change it for the above package field.

We will need more information about the package version and opengl version, to ensure it's using right hardware accel but not software rendering.

I would suggest running "apport-cli xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu" to collect the required debug information.
