Bug Description

I created a folder for LibreOffice inside the "Office" category, then moved all the LibreOffice programs in there. After restarting my system, the whole LibreOffice folder was gone.
I'm using Arch Linux with Xfce.

in ubuntu studio 16.04 deletes the specific menus of video, audio etc

Yes. This bug is still present.
This kind of issue seems to have been first reported on 2013-08-18 at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/garcon/+bug/1213518
Later reported on 2015-03-10 at https://bugs.launchpad.net/menulibre/+bug/1430571

Check those bug reports for attachments and workaround approach.
Known workarounds are not working for me.
