MenuLibre refuses to launch

1) Ubuntu Trusty Tahr (14.04)
2) MenuLibre 2.0.3-1

3) MenuLibre would launch

4) MenuLibre refuses to launch. Cursor changes to 'busy' for a couple of minutes, then stops. Cannot send any information to Canonical through Apport, as MenuLibre simply doesn't start. Launch from Terminal yields same results. MenuLibre still present in Unity Search and Launcher. Purge and reinstall yields same results.

Is there any output when you run menulibre from the terminal?

Purged and reinstalled. Now getting this output:

Okay, this is a duplicate of another issue that several users have reported. I'm currently looking into it, but it seems like it is an issue with gnome-menus. Marking as a duplicate issue.
