Bug Description

Binary package hint: memtest86+

In the course of upgrading from Ubuntu 8.10 to Ubuntu 9.04 the following error messages were received:

"Could not install ' /var/cache/apt/archives/memtest86+_2.11-3unutu1_i386.deb' The upgrade will continue but the ' /var/cache/apt/archves/memtest86+_2.11-3ubuntu1_i386.deb' package may be in a not working state. Plesae consider submitting a bug report about it.

unable to make backup of `./boot/memtest86_.bin' before installing new version: Operation not permitted"
