Bug Description

If I ever use meld on Lubuntu as a git difftool, I end up with a console full of these notifications for every window launch...

** (meld:30242): WARNING **: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.a11y.Bus was not provided by any .service files

...to resolve this, meld should depend on, or at the very least recommend at-spi2-core which provides the Accessibility bus which it is making calls to. Alternatively, the error should be suppressed unless accessibility functionality has been explicitly requested.

Agreed.

I'm all for accessibility but it should be possible to run a computer without those tools installed nicely. That includes no unnecessary error messages IMHO.

Changed in meld (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Low
