Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Install 15.10
2. Install Ubuntu SDK
3. Insert a dvd rw with previous content on it
4. Mediascanner kicks in scanning the dvd and holds it so the disc is unusable for several minutes
5. Try and burn an image to the dvd

EXPECTED:
I expect to be able to insert a dvd and be able to burn to it immediately

ACTUAL:
I insert the dvd mediascnner2.0 starts to slowly scan it, while this is in process you can not burn to the dvd, the dvd burner throws up an error basically saying that the disc is in use but when you check nothing seems to be using it. If you run top however you notice that mediascanner is running. If you kill mediascanner it is automatically respawned and re-starts the scan again.

TEMP WORKAROUND:
sudo service mediascanner stop
Then burn.
