No preview of videos in video scope, crash

Bug Description

Finding a crash after some heavy use of the camera for video-recording; both in photo-roll and video scope carousel I see only the grey film-cell static images.

Looking at the logs, the mediascanner appears to be getting stuck on a particular file. This has almost certainly been fixed when the extraction logic was moved to a separate process (bug 1508142).
