My new Philips GoGear is not supported by default in Lucid.

USB device id: 0471:204e

I've written an .mpi file for it (see attachment)

I have a very similar device (Philips GoGear Raga 4GB) but the model number is SA2RGA04K/97. Running lsusb lists the device as 0471:20b4. Using the mpi file as above but changing the model number and device id worked fine.

Just to confirm, I changed the mpi file in the latest version of media-player-info (ubuntu 10.10 on netbook). changing to :20b4 did the trick.
