Cannot play videos in arm64, unsupported format or playback backend errors

Bug Description

Enviroment:

current build number: 94
device name: frieza_arm64
channel: ubuntu-touch/staging/ubuntu
last update: 2016-12-02 12:22:54
version version: 94
version ubuntu: 20161202
version device: 20161014.0
version custom: 20161202

Steps:

1. Open camera, change to video mode and record a video
2. Go to video scope and try to play the video with mediaplayer-app

Current result: cannot play videos,mediaplayer-app reports " unsuportted format".
/º\ with silo 2238 installed reports "cannot connect playbackend"

Expected result: mediaplayer-app should play videos without errors

Add info: time stamp 13:36:40, logs attached with silo 2238 installed

Any way you can attach one of these videos that won't play? I've occasionally seen this from other people but have not been able to track this down. Either there's something different about the recording or the GStreamer cache of valid codecs has gotten into a weird state.

hi @jhodapp, I attached one that I can't play with mediaplayer-app, it reports unsupported format. It works with vlc on desktop though.
