Bug Description
If you try to play a song with a '/' character in the title it will fail, as will playing any music until restarting the app.
To recreate try loading the album "In rainbows" by Radiohead. This includes the track "Weird Fishes/Arpeggi". The app will fail to play the track and then none of the tracks will play.
Looking at the album in the file browser app you will see the track as ""Weird Fishes%2fArpeggi". Changing the encoded '/' to another character (I used '|', with no percent encoding) fixes the problem. It looks to me like the app is reading the track name as a file location so this should be an easy fix.

Thanks for filing this bug and for helping to make Ubuntu better, Garry! I'm adding the media-hub project as potentially the culprit for this bug. I have not verified the bug, however.
