I am guessing this crash started to happen when we introduced the following change: bazaar. launchpad. net/~phablet- team/telephony- service/ trunk/revision/ 1144

It essentially pauses the stream and delete the old instance before creating a new one. :Bus::send_ with_reply_ and_block_ for_at_ most, and another thread shows a __pthread_ cond_wait( ), can it be some sort of deadlock on deletion?
The backtrace shows an exception is raised in core::dbus:
