Bug Description

1. Record a video in portrait orientation using camera-app
 2. From the video scope, play the video
 3. Right after pressing play in the video scope, press the power button to lock the screen
 4. Unlock the screen and press play again
 5. Notice that the video output is improper

Expected results:

The video plays normally after the screen is unlocked
