media-hub backwards compat with authenticator broken

I can't "affect" the authenticator as it's a click package, but it hasn't changed in a while either, this is the error on krillin

Seems the "camera" policy doesn't work any more without also requesting "audio". Authenticator doesn't require any audio so I'm hesitant to add it there. Would it be possible to just fail playing audio gracefully but still have the camera working?

Part of the solution is that the click sound needs to be moved out of qtubuntu-camera and into any apps that want to play a click sound when the camera snaps a pic.

We plan to remove the audio support from the camera interface as it should properly be done with an Audio interface
