Server Install for 8.10 doesn't have choice for RAID chunk sizes and defaults to less than sane value

Bug Description

When setting up software RAID with the ubuntu 8.10 installer, no option is given for chunk size and when building a RAID 5 array, defaults to 64 kilobyte. A much better default choice would be 256k or 512k. There should either be an option for chunk size in the installer, or it should default to a saner value.
