race condition finding devices for RAID group

Bug Description

During bootup, the disks are sometimes found and sometimes not. Attached is a failed boot (dmesg.0).

fdisk -L:

Is this still an issue with recent releases?

Maye related to udev state or mdadm --incremental map not transitioned from initramfs to rootsystem?
