essential files are missing in libpdflib804-2-gfortran package and other packages based on mclibs source package

The problem is that in Ubuntu oneiric and later releases package libpdflib804-2-gfortran (20061220+dfsg3-1build1) contains only changelog and copyright files.
But it is missing the main thing - the library itself!

(For example in lucid it also contained libpdflib804.so.2_gfortran and libpdflib804.so.2_gfortran.2006 files).

Debian package libpdflib804-2-gfortran (20061220+dfsg3-1) does contain the library, but in Ubuntu package it is missing for some reason.

The same situation is with libpdflib804-2-dev, libcojets2-gfortran, libeurodec1-gfortran and other packages built from mclibs source package.

I know that development of these libraries has been stopped in 2006, but they are still needed sometimes to compile old programs, so I hope that this bug will be fixed.

libpdflib804 is missing/broken in Precise Penguin but working in Lucid Lynx.

Just compare the source files sizes and it is obvious something is wrong.
