Bug Description

whishlist: add midnight commander as a default package in Ubuntu CD/DVD. For novice is much easier to edit a file with mc rather with "vi" or "pico" (if he/she knows that there is this editor)

Hi folks!

What would be the correct team to assign this bug to? Who is responsible for deciding what's gonna go on the CD or not?

Thanks,
