Midnight Commander still at 4.8.19 - known bugs fixed in 4.8.20

MC 4.8.19 (current version in 18.04 LTS) has a number of bugs that affect usability and have been fixed in 4.8.20

In particular, http://midnight-commander.org/ticket/3815 (Cannot return from QuickView panel) and http://midnight-commander.org/ticket/3816 (F10 doesn't work in QuickView) make the quick view unusable without mouse.

FYI: mc is a universe package; most universe support is for 3 years not 5, thus ended on 2021-April-29. Later releases have later packages, though if you'd like to step up and help, that no doubt would be appreciated :)
