Bug Description
I have installed Ubuntu 16.04.
After the I installed empathy via apt-get install empathy
No notification icon in the tray icon. Color when new messages recieved do not show to blue color.
I've fixed this by apt-get install telepathy-notify command.
You need install telepathy-notify as dependence for empathy package.
