Bug Description
When taking a screenshot with MATE Screenshot, the copy to clipboard option is only effective while MATE Screenshot remains open. Ideally, the running status of the screenshot utility should not affect the contents of the clipboard. Typically, the screenshot utility is only needed while taking and saving screenshots, but is no longer useful once that action transitions to sending or sharing that screenshot, which takes you away from the application (thus closing it).
