MATE Tweak forcibly sets the xcursor theme when switch window manager

Bug Description

When switching window managers MATE Tweak forcibly set the xcursor theme by overwriting ~/.Xdefaults. The behaviour is undesirable and not required since LP: #1544814 was fixed.
