Bug Description
If you have a saved/costom panel layout and you change the panel layout with Copertino and then again with the saved/costom panel layout, plank will remain open in the saved/costom panel layout!

I can't reproduce this. Saved a panel layout based on "Ubuntu MATE", switch to Cupertino and get Plank (correct), then switch to my saved layout and Plank is gone (also correct).
Plank is never saved in the layouts.
