Workspace preference "Allow workspace wrap around in switcher" has no effect

workspace-switcher.c sets a non-existent toggle "wrap-workspaces". It should be setting org/mate/marco/general/wrap-style to classic or toroidal and "no wrap" for the function to work correctly.

I've considered doing a patch but I'm not sure as to where they are going
with it. The GUI indicates that it should be a simple boolean but the dconf
setting indicates that there are three possible settings. Any ideas where
they are going? If not who is in charge of it?

Fixed in mate-panel 1.18.1 (in Zesty) and 1.16.2 (needs backporting to Yakkety).

Ok, 16.10 goes EOL today, and the patch didn't make it in, unfortunately.
Since the bug is already fixed in 17.04, time to mark it as done.
