Bug Description

A bug fix update for mate-panel is requesting an SRU for Xenial Xerus. Here are the changes:

mate-panel (1.12.2-3) xenial; urgency=medium

  * debian/patches:
    + Add 1000_fix_panel_start.patch. Closes (LP: #1498666)

Unfortunately, the possible fix that I gave to the upstream reporter didn't work for him at all. So this isn't ready for SRU. I'll try to make a better fix.
