Bug Description
I am running 18.04 on a ThinkPad T470s. I have configured <Super>Alt_L being the keyboard shortcut to open the MATE menu on my top panel. After a full reboot, it works fine, but after resuming from suspension, the menu does not react on the key strokes anymore. I have also configured <Super> to be the mouse modifier for dragging and resizing windows.
