Bug Description

My indicator panel, top right in Ubuntu MATE 18.04 (with the Mutiny layout), seems to contain an indicator with a "broken image" icon (red 🚫 symbol), which drops down a menu with no items in it. There seems to be no way to know which indicator this is in order to go about fixing or removing it.
