Mutiny dock not open app after click on it

Bug Description
Sometimes, especially when more than one instance of an app is open, when you click on other already open app on dock, the app is not displayed.
For example, if you have three instances of terminal and one of Firefox, all maximized, you can pass from one terminal to the others click on the icon on dock or Alt+Tab, when you close two instances of terminal and on screen you have another app displayed, in this case Firefox, if you want to see the last instance of terminal, clicking on the icon on dock not work, you must use Alt+Tab or minimize Firefox (or any other app you have open).
This bug doesn't just happen in these cases, but it can happen in a completely random way.
