Bug Description
Ubuntu MATE 17.10
ubuntu-
Have upgraded from beta to latest version. Fairly stock install.
Was using the contemporary panel in ubuntu MATE and switched to mutiny. Removed Impress and Calc from the launcher.
When clicking on firefox icon in launcher a second firefox icon appears and the original icon blinks continuously. If you click on it again a new firefox launches and the icon blinks even faster. Have tried logging out ang logging back in again and also power-cycle, behaviour continues.
