keyboard shortcut missing for tile-windows to north and south

Bug Description

In Mate control Center, there is an option (which I frequently use) for tiling windows,
to any of the 6 {left-half, right-half, top-left-corner, top-right-corner, bottom-left-corner, bottom-right-corner} but there is no "top-half" ("north") nor "bottom-half" ("south") option.
This is probably intentional on a standard screen, because it would give a 16:4.5 ratio window.

BUT, when the monitor is portrait, it would be really useful for this option to exist. Thanks.

You can create any tile configuration on MATE by using third-party application named X-Tile - see https://www.giuspen.com/x-tile/ .
