Bug Description

I've enabled 'Beep when a toggle key is pressed' to play a sound whenever the CAPS lock, NUM lock and Scroll lock keys are pressed, however, it's disabled after every restart.

This feature could also be toggled with dconf Editor (under "org.mate.accessibility-keyboard"), and even if the Custom value is set to True, still it reverts to False after a reboot.
