Please remove 5.5 versioned MySQL and variants from vivid

In addition to mariadb-5.5, please also remove mysql-5.5 and percona-xtradb-cluster-5.5 from Vivid. All have or are being replaced with 5.6 equivalents. Uninstallability of the 5.5 binary packages are blocking proposed migration, so I guess NBS needs processing as well?

[Original Description]

Community member Otto Kekäläinen has done a good job keeping our MariaDB packages updated with latest from upstream. This is no small task. While preparing the 5.5.41 updates, he asked that we drop the mariadb-5.5 package from vivid and newer -- he would rather see vivid and newer users on mariadb-10.0, instead, which is already packaged.

The maintenance burden is high enough that I do not think anyone else will step forward to maintain mariadb-5.5 on vivid and newer releases.

mariadb-5.5 is removed from Debian.

Please remove mariadb-5.5 from vivid and newer releases.

Also percona-xtradb-cluster-galera-2.x should be removed, as it was used by percona-xtradb-cluster-5.5 and nothing else, and percona-xtradb-cluster-5.6 uses percona-galera-3 instead.

All four packages have been removed, will watch to make sure the 5.6 equivalents make their way in to replace them.
