Hovering over window button in grouped windows menu in Window List causes all keys to stop working in desktop. Alt-Tab no longer switches between windows, for example, and print screen will not take a screenshot.

Bug Description

Hovering over a window button in the menu for a group of desktop windows causes desktop shortcut keys to become unavailable.

To reproduce, open several terminals with window grouping enabled in Window List, then hover over one window in the list and try to Alt-Tab to another window, or grab a screenshot with print screen; neither will work.
