Bug Description
The right click menu for the mutiny layout's vertical panel is misaligned. Instead of showing next to the item you're right clicking on, it shows far above it.

With further use, I've notice a series of mis-positioned elements that makes me think this is window manager related. For example, not only the right click menu is mis-aligned, but also the hud for the mutiny layout is off position.
