Bug Description

When moving monitor positions with multiple displays, icons move/disappear, potentially off screen. It appears icons don't move with the screen but instead stay in place, potentially ending up off screen.
Additionally, making a window full screen after moving a display will cause the window to go full screen in the old position of the monitor, not the new position of the monitor. This does get fixed after logout/login cycle. See screenshot for clarity.
