Bug Description

I've a dual monitor setup. One 22 inch 1080p screen another 1440p 32 inch. 1080p monitor works fine but 1440p monitor has screen tearing.

I've tried just the 1440p monitor but still shows screen tearing.
I was trying to see if changing any of the display setting did anything and sudedenly the tearing went to the 1080p monitor and the 1440p was normal. However i have not been able to replicate this as after a reboot 1440p monitor has tearing.

Please see pictures.

This morning I logged in ubuntu and the screen tearing is not showing. I'll try again but log in using mate from the log in screen. To see if the issue has resolved it's self. However i doubt that as I have not changed anything or updated the system.

Marco with compositing enabled causes screen tearing super bad. Had to install compiz like the good ole days.

I went back to UM19.10but decided I should give UM as my daily driver another shot.

Same issue as before. screen tearing on the 1440p and non on 1080p.

after removing install medium and during getting it updated and personal config, it randomly swapped the screen tearing to the 1080p and perfect on the 1080p.
Don't know why it flipped monitors.
