all QT applications miss the menu under MATE/Marco

after a recent update, all QT app miss its menu.
I tested some other WM:
OK GNOME
OK GNOME Flashback (Metacity)
OK LXDE
OK miss menu MATE
OK Plasma
OK Window Maker
with all of them the QT menu is shown
