Bug Description
When using two monitor setup and an application is on the second monitor in full screen or maximized, the window sometimes randomly jumps to the main screen. I'm using the Marco with GPU acceleration windows manager. The Layout is Pantheon, Ubuntu MATE 18.04. I will be happy to add any details and test any scenario if needed.
