Bug Description
Note the stripes around the various parts of the window frame in the following screenshot. Without HiDPI scaling turned on: https:/
With HiDPI scaling: black stripes between frame parts, grey stripes around buttons:

This is fixed since Marco 1.22.3-0ubuntu1 in Ubuntu MATE 19.10.
