Bug Description
I converted my Wife from Windows 10 to Ubuntu-Mate (16.04). She is slightly partially sighted and has difficult discerning which window control button is which on full HD laptop screen. In making her desktop usable for her, I’ve scaled up all fonts, but the window control buttons remain at their original size. I attach a demonstration of the issue created on my laptop. It would be good if the window control buttons scaled in size with the window font size, or you could chose small medium or large buttons.
If the attachment doesn't upload here's the screen shot:

Don't know if this has been fixed at some point, but *with the theme I use* on 19.10 the buttons resize correctly. So either it's fixed, or the problem is with the specific theme (Ambient-Dark or whatever) that you're using.
